25d: Policies and procedures are developed in a manner congruent with the rest of the clubhouse culture.
Like all meetings, housing meetings are open to both members and staff (Standard 7). Staff members who work on housing also spend time working in the other units (Standard 9). Clubhouse sponsored housing does not discriminate by diagnosis or level of functioning (Standard 4). Members in independent housing are welcome to participate in the clubhouse activities and supports that they choose (Standard 22).
