Since all staff have generalist roles, there are no employment specialists. In fact, the most successful clubhouse-based employment programs involve all staff in placement management. Members and staff work together within the clubhouse. Further, T.E. specialists would not have a relationship with us because they would be out of the club most of the day and would not be working daily with us. In the clubhouse, relationships are what enable many of us to thrive in competitive employment.
