We will be offered another T.E. whether or not we finish the previous one, if we still have the desire to work. And if we finish our T.E., we are still eligible to take another one. We consider a member’s T.E. experience to be successful regardless of whether we finish it or not. A Transitional Employment Position is successful when we give it our best shot. We focus on strengths and abilities. For many of our members, a particular placement may not have been "the right fit." Later, another one may be. We have confidence that eventually the right fit will be achieved.
