This distinguishes clubhouses as places that do no vocational testing. We demonstrate our desire to work by working at the clubhouse. We also need to communicate directly with one of the Placement Managers of the T.E. that we want. We do not require that members have a certain level of education or job experience, or that they pass an assessment of job readiness, before they can work a T.E.
